Tell Me about Maidens Barn
Situated in the heart of the Essex countryside but conveniently close to the city of Chelmsford and Braintree town centre, Maidens Barn is a beautiful family-owned Essex wedding venue. As its name suggests, Maidens Barn comprises of an Oak Barn and stunning private gardens, either of which can be used as the setting for your wedding ceremony.
Featuring large windows and a vaulted ceiling, the barn is much lighter and evenly lit than many wedding barns and lends itself to stunning photographs. The flowering arbour in the garden provides a beautiful backdrop for you and your guests to enjoy at any time of year. I’ve shot weddings here in the autumn and winter months and Maidens Barn looked wonderful on both occasions.
The staff at Maidens Barn are incredibly friendly and helpful and between them, they have decades of experience in planning weddings and events. They love meeting couples like you, finding out about what your idea of a dream wedding is and helping bring that vision to life. You will have a dedicated co-ordinator both in the leadup to an during the wedding day.
You are welcome to decorate the venue in any style you wish and really make it your own.
