Tucked away amongst 20 acres of beautiful Essex woodland and a beautiful apple orchard – just a few miles from Colchester – you will find Teybrook Orchard. It’s a perfect location for your outdoor wedding and for creating a special day that’s a little bit different. Your ceremony can take place right in the middle of the woods, so that you are surrounded not only by loved ones but also by nature as you exchange your vows.
After that, you and your guests can take advantage of the hard floor marquee for the reception and make use of the great outdoors long into the evening. You’ll be celebrating in this secret location away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, and you’ll have exclusive use of the venue for the duration of your stay.

WHAT MAKES TEYBROOK ORCHARD SPECIAL?
Everything you could need has already been thought about and taken care of at Teybrook Orchard. You’ll have sole use of the venue and upon booking will be assigned your own wedding coordinator to help make the day your own.
Aside from the natural beauty of the environment, Teybrook Orchard has a fully equipped kitchen for all your catering needs in addition to a wood-fired pizza oven. Staff will also be on hand to serve drinks from the undercover bar.
Teybrook Orchard has a list of recommended suppliers including caterers, so whatever your taste, you’ll have choice over the culinary delights you and your guest enjoy.
An onsite firepit provides warmth as daylight fades, and the surrounded trees are lit up to provide a romantic evening environment. A dancefloor, DJ and sound system are provided in the marquee, and you can enjoy your favourite music until 11pm.
Teybrook Orchard also has a contemporary shower and toilet block, so you don’t need to worry about waking up the next day not feeling refreshed.
HOW MANY GUESTS CAN I INVITE TO TEYBROOK ORCHARD?
Teybrook Orchard can host between 20 and 120 guests so whether you’re planning a huge festival vibe or something more intimate, you and your guests will be able to enjoy all the space and facilities on offer.
There are ten fixed dwellings on wooden platforms which provide overnight accommodation for up to 40 guests. These range from bells tents and yurts to a shepherd’s hut and a converted grain silo. Should you have more than 40 guests wanting to stay over, additional glamping tents can be provided.
The stretch tent is large enough for all guests to enjoy your indoor ceremony if the weather is bad, before gathering together in the evening on the dance floor.
