Perfect for those seeking something far-removed from the traditional Essex wedding, The Canary Shed is an exclusive hire space that allows you to put your own spin on the space in which you finally put a ring on it.

WHAT MAKES THE CANARY SHED SPECIAL?
One of the many reasons couples are booking The Canary Shed as their wedding venue is due to it being an exclusive-hire venue not just for the one day but for a total of three days.
From noon on day one you can arrive and set the venue up in any style you wish. The Canary Shed is a blank canvas, so your imagination is your only limit. You are welcome to hire wedding stylists, bring in your favourite florists or take a complete DIY approach.
Day two is the wedding itself, where you and your guests can enjoy the barn and its surroundings. The Canary Shed can recommend a range of suppliers that will help bring your dream wedding day to life and their in-house team will be their to co-ordinate things on the day.
Also included in the hire of The Canary Shed are tables and chairs and a fully staffed bar.
On day three you can take it easy, have a long lie-in and rest your sore heads, as you don’t have to leave the venue until 3pm.
HOW MANY GUESTS CAN I INVITE TO THE CANARY SHED?
The barn can accommodate 120 guests for your wedding day. whilst overnight self-catering accommodation is available for up to 30 people in the Creeksea Barns.
The Granary sleeps 8 people, The Hay Loft and the Swift Barn each sleep 5 people, the River View sleeps 4 people, whilst the Lavender Room, Garden Suite, Fisherman’s Lodge and Hen House each sleep 2 people.
Check-in for this accommodation is at 4pm on day one and check-out is at 3pm on day three. So it’s not just the happy couple that get to stay at this Essex wedding venue for two nights. You can make use of the Saltmarsh Gym & Spa and a hot tub which are all available to you and included in the hire fee for overnight guests.
The (fully licensed) Parlour Café is onsite and open daily serving breakfast, lunch coffee and cake. It (like the rest of the venue) is dog-friendly.
